BURN Group Training Classes

BURN is a Pilates, TRX, and Circuit Training studio that provides high-intensity small group training classes in a fun, hip, safe, and effective training atmosphere. Our group training classes are one hour in length and designed to work your entire body using minimal equipment to increase core strength, mobility, flexibility, and endurance for any fitness level or ability. BURN’s small group classes provide you with the accountability, attention, and results of a personal trainer at a fraction of the cost. We do offer private sessions for clients seeking true one-on-one training. We help everyone from elite athletes to fitness beginners BURN fat while strengthening and toning muscles. We strive to make Salt Lake City fitter and stronger everyday! Our goal is to inspire you to live a healthier and happier life through fitness by coaching you to do more than you thought possible.

BURN SERIES

BURN Snow Conditioning Series-

Tune your body for the upcoming winter season with our signature BURN Snow Conditioning Series! BURN has collaborated with some of the best skiers in the world to design this circuit training series. Train with BURN professional athletes Angel Collinson, Dash Longe, Julian Carr, Rachael Burks, and Pep Fujas as they prepare again to show the world what is possible on skis this winter. Each class will be a total body workout blasting your core and focusing on the muscles used to rip down the mountain, stomp landings, spin, flip, and prevent injury. You will increase strength, endurance, coordination, and balance in this 16 class series beginning Sept. 28th! Class is held every Tuesday and Thursday evening starting at 5:45 PM through November 21st. Our goal is to create an army of rippers in the Wasatch this winter and we are recruiting riders of all levels and mountain shredding tool preferences. We also welcome those who don’t ride, but are interested in joining this series that is sure to make you sweaty and strong in true BURN fashion! BURN New Year’s Evolution Series-

Resolve to evolve this year with our New Year’s Evolution Series!!! Studies show that new gym memberships spike every January and that 80% of the “New Year’s Resolution Crowd” drops off by mid February. This 8-week series begins in January and is designed to jump start a healthier you in 2016! We want to help you evolve, hold you accountable, and take your overall health and body to a higher level! Each class will be a full body, heart pumping, sweat pouring, fat burning, muscle shredding circuit session at BURN. PILATES CLASSES

Reformer Pilates-

BURN Pilates TRX Circuit Salt Lake CityThis 60 minute total body workout will sculpt and tone your bod from the inside out.

Based on classical Pilates moves we’ve added extra cardio and amped it up with non-stop exercises to fatigue your muscles which gives you results! Spring loaded Pilates Reformers and the amazing “Chair” can be adjusted to intensify or modify your workout depending on how hard you want your butt kicked.

A combo of upper body, arms, abs, legs, and glutes work to blast calories, strengthen your core, gain flexibility, and perk up that booty!

New clients please arrive 10 minutes before the start of class so we can familiarize you with the equipment and technique you will be using.

CIRCUIT CLASSES

TRX-

BURN Pilates TRX Circuit Salt Lake CityTRX is a suspension-based workout using ceiling straps that incorporate your own body weight against gravity. You’ll be crunching, piking and mountain climbing yourself to another fitness level! If you want a stronger core, tighter abs, sculpted arms, a tighter butt, slimmer thighs, and overall strength or if you’re looking for a class that will push you to your limit and leave you dripping with sweat then you have to try TRX! Added bursts of cardio give you the most effective workout combining strength training and an elevated heart rate for a total body burn you’ll feel the next day…and the next…and probably the day after that!
